We contact you to arrange most convenient method of collection. If you can’t come over, we try to help remotely.2

We clean all turbo components to detect any fault like foreign object, crack, or wear and tear.4

We burn out carbon in furnace, discard old core, and retain only outer housing.5
Step 5
Once carbon-free, we polish the parts and reassemble using brand new genuine parts.6

If parts fail quality checks (crack or actuator wear), we inform you and advise on solutions.7
Step 7
Assemble turbocharger using certified genuine cores and actuators that meet manufacturer standards.8
